Background

Joseph Piontek is a composer and pianist whose works are published by Santa Barbara Music Publishing and commissioned by organizations such as the Kansas Music Teachers Association, with performances featured at the Kansas Music Educators Association In-Service Workshop.

He holds a Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Central Missouri. In addition to his composing, Joseph serves as Choral Accompanist at Free State High School in Lawrence, KS, and Organist at First Baptist Church of Topeka, KS.

Passionate about collaboration and community, Joseph partners with performers, educators, and organizations to create music that inspires and connects.
